Brightest Car LED Headlights
With 55 wattage and high power San’an 3570 LED chip, Trent “Titan 2.0” LED headlight bulb provides 5,000 lumens per bulb. It is in the top brightness level in car led headlights market.
How bright Titan 2.0 car led headlights are?
- Higher lumens: Titan led headlight kit is about 5,000 lumens per bulb, which is 500% luminous flux comparing with 55W halogen bulb which is about 1,000lumens per bulb.
- Higher lux: We do lux test in the same headlight assembly based on 4.57 meters (15 feets), Titan 2.0 lux is about 5~6 times VS halogen bulb.
- As we can see in the left image, Titan 2.0 LED kit is much brighter than halogen bulb, that provide drivers’ clearer visibility.
Safe Beam Pattern
Titan headlight bulb LED is safe beam pattern for both of reflectors and projectors, it will not cause scattered and blinding headlight in low beam to other people, greatly ensure the driving safety.
How to avoid blinding headlight for low beam?
- Firstly, Titan 2.0 car led headlights creats the same cut-off line with headlight assemblies like halogen bulb. Just like right image.
- Also the low beam cut-off line should approximately on the same height as halogen bulb. If higher, it will also cause blinding light. If lower, drivers can’t get wider and further view enough.
Most Focused Light Beam
It’s not the higher the lumen is, the brighter the lighting is. We also need to make the led bulb’s light beam more focused, to make its beam pattern more similar to haloge bulb, so that get higher lux and brighter light, see further.
Why Titan 2.0 is more focused light beam?
- Trent adopts 3 chips LED, which is the same dimension as halogen bulb filament,
- If the car led headlights have no focused beam, the lux will be very low, and it can’t light up further areas even with Hight beam. So, the driver’s visibility will be very poor, make driving not safe.
- These bulbs are not only blinding other drivers, but also weakening drivers’ visiblity in further distance, not worthy to use them.
5,800K Ultra White LED Kits
We choose 5,800K led chip for Titan 2.0 led headlight bulbs, it provides much cool white and brighter light to drivers.
Why we choose 5,800K?
- About 5,800K light is pure white, very bright, can greatly improve our driving visibility.
- 6,500~7,000K light is too cold color, our eyes will be easily uncomfortable and tired after long term driving.
- 3,000~4,500K are yellow and warm white colors, it’s weaker in brightness comparing with higher color temperature light.
See Further Distance In High Beam
With 5,000 lumens ultra bright light and focused light beam optical design, our vehicles can get much higher lux, greatly enhance the illumination distance.
Based on our tests, Titan 2.0 led headlight conversion kit visibility can reach over 300 meters.
Remark:
- To make headlight bulbs illuminate further distance in high beam, except high brightness and focused light beam, the light illumination angle is also very crucial.
- Users need to adjust light angle and beam pattern height based on halogen bulb.
Preminum Quality & Lifespan
With best heat dissipation ability, Titan 2.0 car led headlights are very preminum quality and long lifespan, durable.
What we do to ensure quality
- We use Copper PCB & dual copper tubes to efficiently transmit the heat to fan area from led chip.
- Ø32mm big cooling fan, it can send more air to cool the led headlight conversion kit.
- Based on above factors, the LED chips can be not over 120°C (248°F), which is much lower than LED chips’ junction temperature 150°C (302°F), very safe.
- 4~8 hours aging test for all bulbs (100%) before packaging.
